陈春好，北京电影学院电影导演系进修生，中国传媒大学播音系毕业，荣获文学士学位。2008年毕业于上海大学大众传播系硕士班。

Adeline Tan received her Bachelor of Literature degree in Broadcasting from Communication University of China while completed her advanced study in Directing from Beijing Film Academy. In 2008, she graduated from Shanghai University and obtained her master in Public Communication.

读书时期即活跃于文艺领域，热衷于戏剧舞蹈主持等舞台活动。大学期间创办和运营“极限空间舞蹈。剧场”，在北京高校间颇负盛名。毕业后曾担任香港城市当代舞蹈团驻北京项目统筹、马新社华语电视记者（北马区）、以及韩江中学教育外展主任。2003年创立“极限多元空间”制作公司，专营专题片制作以及主持配音等工作。2007年创办”春天制作及艺术教室”，担任艺术总监，专营影视制作、活动策划、舞台制作及主持配音。同时经营艺术教室，对儿童和青少年进行口才、戏剧舞蹈等艺术培训。

During her years in secondary education, she was an active member in the performing scene, involving herself greatly in stage plays, dances, emceeing, and other stage related activities. In university, she pioneered the establishment and management of “极限空间舞蹈。剧场Ultimate Dance. Theatre” troupe that was well-received by the students in Beijing. After her graduation, she worked as a Program Planner for Hong Kong City Contemporary Dance Troupe which based in Beijing, a journalist for Bernama News Chinese television station (Northern Region), and an Education Marketing Manager for Han Chiang High School. In 2003, she set up her own production company “极限多元空间" Ultimate Elements”, providing services in documentary production, emceeing, and voice over. In 2007, she established and became the Art Director for “Spring Production and Art Studio”, which provides greater services in television/movie production, event planning and management, stage production, emceeing, and voice over. At the same time, the Art Studio, which under her management, provides a variety of training programs in speech for children and young adults, stage acting, dance and other talent classes.

她也曾经担任北马戏剧比赛评判、全国以及吉打州诗歌朗诵比赛评审工作。

She was also the judge for the Northern Region Drama Competition and the National level and Kedah State level Poem Recital Competition.

1996年马来西亚全能司仪大赛, 全国优秀奖以及北马区亚军

1996 Malaysia All-Round Master of Ceremony Competition:
- National Outstanding Award
- Northern Region 1st Runner Up

2000年第四届齐越（中国著名播音人）朗诵大赛，自创作品“听听这龙的声音。一名华裔的独白”获得三等奖。

2000 4th Qi Yue (a well-known broadcaster in China) Recital Competition
- Tertiary Award for her work “Listen to the Voice of the Dragon. A monologue of a Chinese emigrant”.

2001年及2002年参加第四/第五届中国国际现代舞节“青年舞展，获青年舞展金奖。

2001 and 2002 4th/5th China International Contemporary Dance Festival:
- Best Youth Dance Performance Gold Award

2004年娱协奖主持人竞赛全马十强人选。

2004 Entertainment Association Awards Master of Ceremony Competition:
- Top 10 finalist

回国后的2003年到2008年间，多次荣获北马戏剧比赛冠军荣衔及多个附属奖项。并且在全马及全槟舞蹈比赛里也荣获无数佳绩。此外，也曾在全槟诗歌朗诵造型比赛中，荣获冠军。

After her return to Malaysia, she has helped to win numerous champions and awards in the annual Northern Region Drama Competition. Her outstanding choreography skill has won herself a few titles in the National level and Penang state level dance competitions. Apart from that, she was the proud winner of the Penang Chinese Poem Recital Competition.
