流瑜伽是时下很流行的一种瑜伽,在练习的过程中以行如流水般流畅的动作组合来强健身体,它比较侧重伸展性,力量性,柔韧性,耐力,平衡性,专注力的全面锻 炼.它的体式之间的衔接给人一气呵成之感。

Flow Yoga is the latest in-trend Yoga exercise nowadays. Its eclectic blend of exercises ensures each set of movements is executed effortlessly for you to build a stronger body. The exercise stresses an overall workout in body stretching, strength, flexibility, endurance, poise, and concentration. The execution of the movements forms a coherent whole.


Qualification and Education Background
- Graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia Pulau Pinang ( USM ) Mass Communication majoring in Film and Broadcasting and minoring in Drama and Theater.
- Certified Yoga Intructor which completing 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in accordance to the standards set by Yoga Alliance, USA at Sun Yoga Malaysia.

Curricular Activities
- Taekwondo State Player of Perlis from 1995-1997,
- Attained the gold medal in MSSM Taekwondo Championship in 1995
- Attained School Award Cocurriculum for Sek. Men, Kuala Perlis in 1994/1995
- Took part in many Contemporary Dance performance start from 2001 untill now.
